Loosing weight the right way and keeping it off involves developing habits of planning how to repeatedly burn body fat. The reason most of us develop a higher percentage of body fat as we get older is due to a decreased metabolism coupled with the habits of reacting to the stressors of the day instead of planning and being proactive. Food should be viewed as energy for our bodies, gas in the gas tank…not as our stress relief, our friend or our counselor. Plan 6 days a week and give yourself a reward day. Remember, fat loss is a mathematical equation: calories in versus calories out. Change your view of habits and begin planning your day and week …and the weight and inches will drop.
